This build was released yesterday, this is NOT Release Candidate 3. The next release should be Release Candidate 3.

Windows 2000 Release Candidate 3 will be released in November 15.

Windows Millenium Build 4.90.2410 was released last week, this build fixes all the bugs that were found in Build 4.90.2399.
